Entry:
$175 Entry Fee
If paid by 3/25/2019 3:30 pm or $200 if paid on site. Payment can be made with cash or card on 3/29 on site.
Includes 5 admission tickets to Big Texas Fun in addition to team member passes.
$50 RV Parking
If paid by 3/25/2019 3:30 pm or $75 if paid on site (parking for 3/29 & 3/30 only).
Chef’s Choice Entry: $75 if paid in advance or on site at the mandatory meeting.
Chef’s Choice Prize: $1500
Prizes:
Chicken, Brisket, & Pork Spare Ribs:
1ST: $800 | 2ND: $500 | 3RD: $200
Grand champion (team with the most points) wins $1000
Grand Reserve Champion: $500

Rules and Regulations
Entries Required: Brisket, Rib, and Chicken. All meat must be cooked on-site. Download IBCA’s Rules and Regulations for more information.
There will be a mandatory check-in meeting for head cooks on Friday, March 29 at 8:00 PM. Feel free to bring your RV and barbecue to get started anytime after 4:00 PM Friday.
Check-in and set up will be from 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Friday, March 29.
The meat turn-in times on Saturday, March 30 will be:
- Jackpot: 11:00 AM
- Chicken: 12:00 PM
- Pork Ribs: 1:30 PM
- Brisket: 3:00 PM
Winners will be announced at 4:30 PM on Saturday, March 30.
Participants will need to check out by 10:00 AM on Sunday, March 31.
To register, all TEAMS must complete the following:
- Pay via check, payable to Wild West Entertainment and mail to 512 W. MLK JR BLVD #313, Austin, TX 78701.
- Provide the following information:
- RV Description & Size: (i.e., 36ft – 5th Wheel)
- Planned arrival date (3/29 for RVs or 3/30 for no RVs) and expected arrival time
- Name & Phone Number of responsible party
- Name & Phone number of who will be delivering the RV
- Name & Phone number of who will be removing the RV
- Proof of insurance for RV and all vehicles parked on premises
