$175 Entry Fee (per team)
$50 RV Parking (RVs should be self contained: no sewer, no water, no electricity.)
Prizes:
Best chicken: $900
Best brisket: $900
Best pork: $900
Grand champion (team with the most points) wins $500
Grand Reserve Champion: $300
Entries Required: Brisket, Rib, and Chicken. All meat must be cooked on-site. Download IBCA’s Rules and Regulations for more information.
There will be a mandatory check-in meeting for head cooks on Friday, April 6 at 8:00 PM. Feel free to bring your RV and barbecue to get started anytime after 4:00 PM Friday or 12:00 PM Saturday.
Check-in will be from 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Friday, April 6.
The meat turn-in times on Saturday, April 7 will be:
- Chicken: 12:00 PM
- Pork Ribs: 1:30 PM
- Brisket: 3:00 PM
Winners will be announced at 4:30 PM on Saturday, April 7.
Participants will need to check out by 10:00 AM on Sunday, April 8.
To register, all TEAMS must fill out the form below and complete the following:
- Pay online here or mail check payable to Wild West Entertainment and mail to 512 W. MLK JR BLVD #313, Austin, TX 78701.
- Provide a Certificate of Insurance adding the necessary additionally insured. If you need to purchase insurance for the event, it is an additional $100. For information, email bigtexasfun@gmail.com
- Provide the following information:
- RV Description & Size: (i.e., 36ft – 5th Wheel)
- Planned arrival date (4/6 or 4/7) and expected arrival time
- Name & Phone Number of responsible party
- Name & Phone number of who will be delivering the RV
- Name & Phone number of who will be removing the RV
- Proof of insurance for RV and all vehicles parked on premises
